Take one day at a time
Each day has three parts: a Soul Map Check-In, a short Wisdom Lesson and a Soul Map Activity. About 15–25 minutes.
Your Soul Map is your memory
AI chats don’t remember you forever. At the end of each session, save your guide’s Soul Map and Progress Update in your Soul Map document. When you return, paste it back in, and your path is waiting where you left it.
